Information we process
Rankworth processes your sign-in identifier, email address and optional display name; subscription and billing status supplied by Stripe; the public website addresses you submit; crawl evidence, reports, settings and notes; and limited technical information used for security, rate limiting and service reliability.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Rankworth loads Google Analytics and Google Ads tags with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization denied by default. In this restricted mode, Google does not read or write optional Google cookies, but may receive limited cookieless measurements and consent signals about visits, selected scroll milestones, form and pricing engagement, account registrations, checkout starts and subscriptions for aggregate reporting and conversion modelling. If you accept optional cookies, Google can use cookies and related device, referral and advertising campaign information for fuller analytics, advertising measurement and audience features. Rankworth also loads the Meta Pixel only after you accept. Meta may then receive public page visits, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, and measured actions such as selected scroll milestones, audit enquiries, pricing views, account registrations, checkout starts and subscriptions for advertising measurement, audience creation and retargeting. We do not send typed website addresses, email addresses, private audit identifiers or payment-card details in these analytics events. Rejecting keeps the Meta Pixel disabled and Google storage and ad personalization denied.
Audit enquiries and follow-up
When you submit a website through a public audit form, we store the normalized website address, submission time, the page and campaign that brought you to Rankworth, and the form location. This private enquiry log is separate from Rankworth account and billing records and does not store an account user ID or email address. We use it to prepare your request, prevent abuse, measure campaign performance and understand demand. A submitted website may belong to someone other than the person submitting it, so we do not treat the website address alone as permission from its owner to receive marketing.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Rankworth, run requested and scheduled audits, produce reports, enforce plan allowances, process subscriptions, respond to support requests and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Website crawling and analysis
Rankworth reads publicly accessible website pages. Relevant excerpts and audit inputs may be processed by configured analysis services to create the requested report. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Rankworth.
Retention and security
Account and completed audit records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, tax and legal obligations. Private audit enquiry records are retained while reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, demand analysis, service security and applicable legal obligations; they are not automatically deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion through Rankworth support, subject to applicable legal requirements. Rankworth uses access controls, encryption for stored credentials, request limits and other technical safeguards, while recognizing that every internet service carries residual security risk.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal and reject or change optional analytics and advertising consent at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer.
